Zebra Coalition is currently interviewing for a Development Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned fundraiser to increase and diversify funding to substantially expand the key activities and initiatives of a transformative organization working at the leading edge to serve LGBTQ+ youth. In this position, the Director of Development will report to and partner with the Executive Director to significantly increase individual, corporate and foundation support and build robust individual and major giving programs to expand Zebra’s work. With support from the Executive Director and the Board of Directors, the Director of Development will co-create a sophisticated and effective development department and strategic fundraising program to support Zebra’s continued growth.

Zebra Coalition assists young people facing homelessness, bullying, isolation from their families, and physical, sexual and drug abuse with individualized programs to guide them to recovery and stability.
